Benue Homes Account Deletion
Benue Homes allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data. You can delete your account directly inside the Benue Homes mobile application or submit a manual deletion request to our support team.
How to delete your account in the app
If you have the Benue Homes app installed on your smartphone, you can execute a self-service account deletion at any time:
If you no longer have access to the app
You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@benuehomes.com.
Please include the email address or phone number linked to your Benue Homes account so our support team can identify and verify the account.
Once verified, our team will process your deletion request and confirm completion via email.
Data deleted or deactivated
When your account is deleted, the following personal records and associated data are permanently cleared or deactivated from public view:
Data we may retain temporarily
Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, audit logs, and marketplace integrity. This may include inquiry records, listing reports, agent verification review history, listing moderation records, and deleted-account identifiers used to prevent abuse or immediate reuse of deleted email/phone details.
Retained fraud prevention tokens protect buyers and renters across Benue State by preventing repeat abusive registrations.
Retention period
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period. Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
