2. Verification Requirements
To apply for an Enterprise Account, the designated corporate representative submits an Enterprise Application directly via the BenueHomes app. Enterprise status conveys verified commercial standing, and submissions undergo standard administrative review:
Agency Details
Official agency name, primary office address in Benue State or operational territory, official phone number, and corporate email.
Business Registration
Official corporate registration details confirming registered commercial entity status.
Certificate of Registration
Legible upload of the official certificate of incorporation or registered business name document.
Representative Authorization
Official company documentation confirming the administrator is authorized to represent the agency.
3. Enterprise Admin Responsibilities
The individual applicant who submits and is approved for the Enterprise Account becomes the designated Enterprise Administrator. This role carries primary legal custody and operational stewardship over the agency's digital ecosystem:
Exclusive Invitation Authority
Only the Enterprise Admin has the authorization to invite licensed agents, manage Easy Upload team quotas, and configure agency subscription plans.
Legal Custodian & Accountability
The Admin serves as the recognized corporate custodian. All property representations made by team members fall under the agency's registered accountability.
Roster & Inventory Management
Properties submitted by verified enterprise members automatically display under the agency brand, with the Admin retaining full oversight and removal permissions.
4. Adding & Managing Agency Members
Corporate agencies can scale their presence by inviting approved individual agents on BenueHomes to join their roster as Agency Members:
Admin Sends Invite
The Admin invites an agent using their registered phone number, verified email, or unique Agent Code.
Agent Notification
The invited agent receives an instant notification with full agency terms and can Accept or Decline the invitation.
Instant Association
Upon acceptance, the agent gains agency listing privileges and all future approved properties display the agency brand.
5. Important Membership Rules
To safeguard corporate identities, protect property rights, and prevent unauthorized account abandonment, BenueHomes enforces strict membership integrity:
The Admin Cannot Abandon an Active Enterprise
Because the Enterprise Administrator is the designated corporate custodian of the agency account, they cannot leave or abandon the account while it remains active.
Corporate transfers or closures must be coordinated through verified administrative channels to protect listings and active tenancy agreements.
Agency Members Can Request Removal
Agency members (invited agents) maintain professional mobility. An agent may submit an in-app removal request to leave the enterprise at any time.
Similarly, the Enterprise Administrator can remove an agent from the agency roster instantly. Leaving an enterprise restores the agent's independent account.
